Desineni Subbaram Naidu received MTech and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering (with specialization in Control Systems Engineering), from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Dr. Naidu taught, visited and/or conducted research at IIT; as National Research Council (NRC) Senior Research Associate at Guidance and Control Division at NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA; Old Domain University, Norfolk, VA; as Professor, Associate Dean and Director, School of Engineering at Idaho State University and Measurement and Control Engineering Research Center, Pocatello, Idaho; as National Research Council (NRC) Senior Research Associate at Center of Excellence in Advanced Flight Research at United States (US) Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio; as Visiting Research Fellow at Center of Excellence for Ships and Ocean Structures at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway; as Academic Guest at Measurement and Control Laboratory at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, Switzerland; as Visiting Professor at Nantong University, Nanton, China; Visiting Research Professor at the University of Western Australia in Perth, Center for Industrial and Applied Mathematics at the University of South Australia in Adelaide; Jiangsu College of Information Technology, Jiangsu, China; as Visiting Professor at the Center for Applied and Interdisciplinary Mathematics at East China Normal University, Shanghai, China; as Visiting Professor at the Institute of Systems Science, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China; Shanghai Jiao-Tong University, Shanghai, China and as Satish Dhawan Endowed Visiting Professor at Indian Inst. of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, India. Professor Naidu received twice the Senior National Research Council (NRC) Associateship award from the US National Academy of Sciences (NAS), and is an elected (Life) Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and an elected Fellow of the World Innovation Foundation, UK. Professor Naidu has over 200 journal and conference publications including 8 books. He has been on the editorial boards of several journals including the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and Optimal Control: Applications and Methods (Wiley)

Dr. T. Tashtoush is an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering in Texas A&M International University (TAMIU), Laredo, TX. He got his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Systems and Industrial Engineering from State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton on 2013 and 2009, respectively and his B.S. in Mechatronics - Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid, Jordan on 2005. He is one of the founders and the Vise-President for The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Laredo Professional Chapter. He is the founder, faculty adviser and team leader of TAMIU DustyTRON and DustySWARM NASA Robotics teams, DustyMOTOR Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International Team/Chapter, and the TAMIU Society of Woman Engineers (SWE) student Chapter, also, he is the Faculty Advisor of TAMIU Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Chapter, Students Engineering Council, TAMIU Students for the Exploration and Development of Space chapter, and International Petroleum Student Organization. In addition, Dr. Tashtoush is the West Officer for the Corpus Christi Section of IEEE and the advisory and facilitator for the Youth Science Leader of Laredo non-profit organization. He is a professional life member in Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), a professional member in the Society of Woman Engineers (SWE) organizations, and a life member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the President-elect and Secretary of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society Chapter 296.

Elsayed Ahmed Elnashar, Full-Professor of textiles Apparel, Kaferelsheikh University, Egypt. Born in 19 /8/1965. Have Ph.D. 2000, Msc.1995, Bsc.1989, Helwan University. Diploma1985advanced industrial textiles institute. He holds several academic administrative positions: Dean, Vice Dean, Head of Department, He has many textiles patents, Member of international scientific committees. Development of Faculties of Education commissioned of Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities. Has design books published in Germany and Ukraine. Has published over 190 scientific Articles. Editorial board member & Reviewer for more 95 journals, organizer for more than 70 conference and workshop over the world, Founder and editor two scientific journals. And Smartex Conference Egypt. Member of the editorial board of several international journals and conferences, He has made many scientific agreements with European &Africa universities.
